Karl W. Schwarz is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, born in Canada and based in the United States, where he has developed much of his career as a surgeon.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of medicine, 10 of these linked to the practice of aesthetic procedures. He also is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Schwarz began his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, (1988-1993). This research and teaching center has been ranked among the best in the world.
Later, he moved to the School of Medicine (1993 - 1997) of the Western University of Ontario to study that career that he was passionate about from an early age, encouraged by the oncologist who attended to his father.
Although initially he was interested in Hematology and Cancer research, very soon the future doctor decided on plastic surgery, assisting in a rotation to the operation of a child with a cleft lip.
Once graduated, Dr. Schwarz came to the United States to continue his training in the specialty of General Surgery (1997 - 2004) at Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan. In addition, he obtained a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics (1999 - 2001).
As part of his studies he also concluded the Residency in Plastic Surgery (2004 -2007) at Duke University located in Durham, North Carolina, and considered among the first universities in the United States.
